Event at the Cummings Center on Thursday, February 27th
You are invited to participate in an exciting FREE event taking place at The Cummings Centre on Thursday, February 27th. As a part of Jewish Disabilities Awareness, Acceptance, and Inclusion Month (JDAIM) The Cummings Centre will host an inclusive singing event on Thursday, February 27th from 3 to 5:30 pm called ‘If You Want to Sing Out…’
This afternoon of songs is open to people of ALL ages and abilities. As a community centre serving the 50+ community of Montreal, the Cummings Centre is opening its doors to celebrate diversity across the lifespan. Victoria McNeill, MTA, will lead the group in preparing and presenting three songs together. One in English, one in French, and one in Hebrew. Supported by a small band of musicians, we will raise our voices and celebrate diversity in the Jewish Community of Montreal. Come and beat the winter blues, and celebrate our differences in a supportive musical environment.
To register, please call: Victoria McNeill at 514-734-1779. Everyone is welcome!
Please note that sensory needs will be considered when necessary. Please inform Victoria of any concerns you may have
